For this client Deloitte Dutch Caribbean is currently looking for candidates, for the position of: Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
As a member of the Management Board of Korpodeko, you are jointly responsible for the development and implementation of the strategy of the organization. You jointly develop the strategic financial policy as well as the risk- and the compliance policy for Korpodeko. You ensure the planning and risk reporting cycle furthermore, you are responsible for the financial substantiation of the product portfolio and you build and maintain a wide network among relevant stakeholders. In the position of CFO you will be responsible for amongst others the following departments: Finance , Human Resources and ICT. You report to the Executive Board.
You have an academic degree in Accounting or an equivalent area. You have a minimum of 8 years of senior managerial experience in a Banking/financial institution. You have a proven track-record in a results-oriented Banking/financial environment. You have excellent managerial and interpersonal skills. You act with integrity and are able to make balanced, careful and independent judgments. You are highly motivated to stimulate socio-economic development in Curaçao and you feel comfortable in a smaller, professional and financial institution that makes an impact in society. You are a team player and collaborate easily across the organization as well as with external parties. You also are flexible and perform well under pressure. In addition you are fluent in English and Dutch both verbally and in writing. Papiamentu is an advantage.
